simple present tense is used to state general truth, habitual action or daily activities.

Pattern :

 Subject + V1(es/s )+ ……………….

subject + is, am , are( to be) + complement

example:

I have breakfast at 07.00 everymoring( this means that he / she always has breakfast at 07.00 everymorning.)

explanations:

“I” is the doer or subject of the sentence

“have breakfast” is the verb of the sentence or the action that the subject does

“at 07.00″ is the adverb of time

“everymorning” is the adverb of time
